Glen Innes Severn Council is inviting community feedback on its Draft Aged Care and Disability Strategy.

The Strategy outlines our vision to:
  • Support older individuals to live actively and independently, with seamless access to essential services that promote wellbeing and autonomy.
  • Ensure people with disabilities enjoy equal opportunities to fully engage in community life, fostering inclusivity and participation.

This 10-year strategic focus aims to enhance the quality of life for all members of our community, ensuring that age and ability do not hinder participation in a vibrant, supportive environment. It aims to realise Glen Innes Severn Council vision to be a prosperous connected community that nurtures its people and places.

Submissions are open until: 18 July 2025.
