Expressions of Interest: Licence and Operation of Crofters Cottage Café – Centennial Parklands
Summary Council is excited to invite submissions from qualified and experienced applicants for the licence and operation of Crofters Cottage Café, located within the vibrant Centennial Parklands, Watsons Drive, Glen Innes. Since opening in 2001, Crofters Cottage has been a popular cultural hub, offering a unique blend of Celtic-inspired events, food, and local products, alongside café classics.
